There are two groups of people in the Church that are very similar yet are as different as daylight and darkness.
One group are love slaves. They are full of gratitude to God.
The other group are legalist. They obey God to earn their way into heaven.
The word picture of a love slave is found in Deuteronomy 15:16-17. The love slaves look at the cross and see the love God has for them. Their hearts are filled with gratitude and love towards God. The love slaves have one goal: Obey God and bring glory and honor to their master, the Lord Jesus Christ.
