"The LORD hath sought him a man after his own heart" (1 Samuel 13:14).

In the USA, for the last few years, chaos has been rampamt. People have been gripped with fear from every direction. The foundation our nation was build on is eroding. This is not the first time this has happened to a nation in history.
Prior to the reign of King David, we read of similar circumstances all over Israel as we have today in our nation. But God was still in in control.
The greatest weapon God has given His church is prayer. I ask that each person who reads this will join me in the following prayer:
 • "My father, I pray all the followers of Christ's church will begin to seek diligently to be a person after God's own heart. In Jesus's name.

"In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth." (Genesis 1:1).

The first thing God teaches man in his written word is that God provides before the need. God provided the heaven to set the earth in. He placed the Earth in the Milky Way Galaxy. The weight of the Milky Way is approximately 1.5 trillion times the mass of our Sun. But the Milky Way is only half the weight of the Andromeda Galaxy.
Not only does our God provide before the need, He is a mighty God and is powerful and full of wisdom and knowledge and understanding. Yet He cared enough for us to become flesh so He could make atonement for every person's sin who would turn and wholly follow Jesus.

"The LORD hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee? (Jeremiah 31:3).

One of the great revelations about God is his everlasting love for mankind. God does not love the wickedness men commit.
But because of God's everlasting love, He sent His only begotten Son, Jesus, to be rejected, despised and spit on. Also, He was beaten with no mercy and crowned with a crown of thorns.
For man's sin, His son was nailed to a cross and was mocked by the religious leaders of that day. This displayed to the world the living God's everlasting love for all mankind.
